Hi, I'm Vishal
A software engineer on an intentional, all-in journey — from writing code to truly understanding the systems behind it.

About

I build things the hard way first. Recently, I built authentication from scratch before ever touching a library — because I believe you should earn your abstractions. Currently building LinkFlow, and learning something I didn't know yesterday, every single day.

My Projects

Things I've Built

I don't just build to ship — I build to understand. Each project here taught me something I couldn't have learned any other way. Some are polished. Some are intentionally raw. All of them made me a better engineer.

Clariv

Ever uploaded a 40-page PDF and wished something would just... read it for you? Thats Clariv.

Nex

Everyone talks about building for scale. I am actually doing it — from scratch, in the open, learning every step of the way.

Hackathons

Built Under Pressure

Hackathons are where I stress-test everything I know. No tutorials, no safety net — just a problem, a team, and a deadline. I show up to learn more than I show up to win.

Hackathons attended: 1 - and counting

NSHM X OSSDC Code for Change

NSHM X OSSDC Code for Change

London, Ontario

My first hackathon. 48 hours, a team, and a problem worth solving — a live blood bank and hospital finder that used the Geolocation API to show people exactly where to go in a medical emergency.
